A. Generator Unit
Diesel power, 152 H.P. Cummins 6BT 5.9L with 100KW - 480 volt Genset - Trailer mounted
Fans - Two 37 inch, 8 blade steel, computer balanced each driven by 40 H.P. electric motors.
Volume - 50,000 cubic ft. per minute at atmospheric pressure.
Fan housing of 11 gage double steel for noise suppression and safety. Air volume minimum of 27,000 ft.3/min. at nozzle.
Plenum section 12 gage steel construction with self sealing fireproof connection to the nozzle section.
B. Nozzle
30 ft. nozzle section made of 11 gage steel with no bolt together sections with reinforcement at air outlets.
Nozzle velocity is a minimum of 8,800 ft./min. - minimum
C. Refractory Pit
Unit is completely portable and can be set up for transport or use in 30 minutes.
30 ft. long X 9 ft. wide X 9 ft. deep inside pit dimensions.
Two doors on one end of pit open for cleaning with a front-end loader.
Metal backed refractory-panels capable of withstanding 3200oF and impact loads from debris.
Panel dimensions: 5' X 9'
Hydraulic porta-power and jacks included to detach tandem axles from frame.
D. Underfire Air System
Underfire air supplied by secondary blower (15 HP, centrifugal fan, mounted on neck) introduces air 6" from ground level.
E. Warranty
Warranty - The machine in total is warranted for a period of one year for defects in parts or workmanship. Non warranty items are belts, tires, or damage from misuse of the machine.
The engine is warranted by the supplier for two years or 2000 hours.
Cummins engines are offered with an optional warranty of up to sixty months.
